If I had to pick any fault with the new store and it’s a very minor one, is that there are no changing rooms. Hard to find a quiet corner to strip off without all the women swooning!!
Seeing how much the Mags are selling run of the mill footballers for (I understand there is some PSR dodging as going on) I have to say our approach of signing young talent for next to nowt means we must be sitting on a small fortune!?
I have accounts with clubs, like Luton, whereby away tickets might be difficult. I buy the odd bit of merchandising, tickets for friendlies, etc, which means I can usually buy home section tickets. So Im sent regular emails from around a dozen clubs that I just delete. But I've recently paid attention to them more and compared them to us ... ... I'd say we're looking very good and things are definitely improving. Some clubs just look a bit American and others tinpot but that's just my opinion.
Not sure where to post this so thought I'd just put it in here. Bit of an article on Rusyn's first season https://www.wearesunderland.com/new...vn0Q_aem_n4RnWzKpj8O3FtyChvjHbQ&sfnsn=scwspmo
i really hope the lad feels more a part of the club and area now, speaking honestly, he did not stand out at all last season but there were a 'few bits' in his play that i liked, feeling a bigger part of the picture will mean a lot to the lad and i think we will see a different player this season.
Seems to be happy off the pitch now just not happy with his season and lack of fitness. Fair enough, should be bang up for it and looking sharper than we've seen him.
Would have been good on the transfer speculation page mate. As there has been lots of speculation he wants away and this seems to rubbish that!
Good attitude that lad. Eastern European lads are always brutally matter of fact in translation, it must be something to do with how the languages are structured.
Not just red and white - green too! https://safc.com/news/club-news/202...USuA_aem_CD4qRwSqCm6tBkaBMlJ3Ow&sfnsn=scwspmo
One of my bike routes when I try and destress after work. Lots of bird life there. Hopefully there’ll be some consideration. I’ll pop on the planning portal and take a look.
Just had an email from fanatics that my sponsor free home shirt has been dispatched. Just need the long sleeve shirt to come back in stock now
Seen a few people online saying they were going to get the sponsor free one then look yo get VAUX put on the front. Be interesting to see if there are any that do it.
Didn't realise there was going to be that many solar panels mind!! I normally take the dog round there so I hope they still provide some access, but otherwise I'm not arsed. Good on the club for trying it and aiming to become net zero and self sustainable. Can't see many of the older Cleadoners being happy mind, ower lass has already said there's a few crying in the local face ache groups
There is a large plot of land in Ryhope that now has houses being built on it, such a shame, I used to walk the dogs there, after the farmer sold it he just left it and it went wild. Saw all sorts there, Kestrel, Sparrowhawk, Barn Owls, Goldfinch, Sky larks, rabbits, foxes and weasels. When I win the lottery I will have a huge tranch of land I will let go wild
https://www.safc.com/news/club-news/2024/june/safc-store-update Half a seasons worth of kit in 24 hours! More kit on it way. Absolutely brilliant from the fans and the club
