    Frustrating. We have the talent, but just cant get it to play together.

    Maybe we need to work harder. As we know hard work will beat talent if talent doesn't work hard....

    We actually upped the tempo and put them under pressure for a bit towards the end there. Worried he'll use that as a reason to wait on changed.

    Southgate was arrogant coming into this. Over the last two years football has changed and most teams are highly drilled. England are still playkng the same system we played when he arrived!

    Think Neville doing a decent job. Interesting Southgate’s whole philosophy is to not really do anything and just let them get on with it. Good management that

    Whatever subs are made at HT (and it needs to be multiple) absolutely must involve Palmer coming on and Tripper going off.

    So much of our problems stem from playing a RB at LB.
