I think we need to change the way we are playing. Need someone who will make the direct runs with and without the ball and I just don’t think Bellingham and Foden can play together. Take one off and hopefully the other will start performing better too. Bellingham I can see getting a second yellow too which is why I said him rather than Foden.

Biggest problem is how slow our passing is.

Second biggest problem;the left side. Trippier and foden want to come inside all the time, which compresses the pitch.

Third problem is Saka has been abysmal.

All of these problems have been very very obvious for weeks.

Gordon and Palmer on Bellingham and Saka for me. Move Foden central

We need to sack Southgate at half time and put a lettuce in charge for the second half

Mainoo our best player by a mile, so I know who is coming off for TAA at half time.

Well…at least I get to get my run in earlier in the day. When I get back we’ll either be out and I won’t have to watch anymore of this disappointing limp frustrating **** we are being served up, or we will have turned it around and hopefully stumbled upon a formation and lineup that works.

Mainoo and Foden our best two players, but it's hardly a compliment

    This

Come on Gareth, just do it. Be bold. You get one chance. It may just work.

The fact we're four games in and Southgate still hasn't sussed that his left flank doesn't work at all and needs rethinking is pretty baffling

Southgate? Bold? More chance of me winning the ****ing lottery. And I don't buy a ticket.

This way of playing doesn’t work unless the other team presses you. Unfortunately when Slovakia pressed for the first 20 mins they opened England up a few times and scored. They’ll sit with 10 men behind the ball like other teams have and see if England can break them down. Doubt Gordon will help as I think Slovakia will be too deep for him to have space to run in behind.

England will still win, but everyone can moan again <diva>. 1-1 final score with England winning in extra time

I really think Gordon could have a huge impact in this team. None of the front 4 are runners like him and think he can open up a lot of space and stretch teams more than have done.
