1. Are Newcastle a big Club. In my opinion, yes. In your opinion, no.

2. Are Newcastle a big Club like the 3 you have named. For me, yes.

What you possibly meant to ask was whether Newcastle are as big as the 3 you have named. For me, no, not yet but soon.

You obviously must realise that there are degrees of big Clubs. It’s like saying were Luton a PL club last season. They may not be as big as Man U etc but that doesn’t mean they were not a PL team. Hopefully this is simple enough for you to understand.
