Netherlands: The song's written and performed on the album as a duet, but Floor Jansen does both parts in that live performance. Austria: That is one confused looking goat.
Watched Paul Heaton lastnight , getting the full Glastonbury experience, I had the grandkids stumbling about while waving a massive flag infront of the TV, one threw a bottle of piss at me and when I went to bed I found 3 strangers asleep in it Off to the healing field to get my chakras aligned ,peace n love
Haha I caught a bit of Dua Lipa set. That is soooooo not my cuppa, but she has a very impressive stage presence. Not entirely sure it was a Glas-type set though.
I've enjoyed Fontains DC , Idles, Sqeeze , Heaton and PJ Harvey , I always look out for a new band or artist A lot of the artist's are not for me or I've never heard of them , time moves on ,my time for going to Glastonbury was 80s and that was a very different experience to today
On the subject of festivals... The boys are on a real hot streak. You can play 'Spot Mr and Mrs B', but as we're in the front row, it's not the toughest ask.
No, but a bit earlier, my sister-in-law got slammed into the barrier and had to be fished out to recover from being badly winded. She's a metal fan and said that she was ok on the barrier...but it got a bit rowdy in the place that we were standing. By the end, I wasn't looking at the stage much but doing my best to hold back the 20 or 30 blokes behind us to keep her from further punishment. I suffer from a sub-luxing shoulder, so it was red raw by the end of that, Sham 69 and 3 nights on a blow up bed.. Still, it as a great night and fabulous weekend, but if I never see Cast again, it'll be too soon.
Oh bloody hell... It's great that it didn't spoil the whole experience, but you really don't need that sort of ****.
Really enjoying the Michael Kiwanuka set. Sad to say I had never heard of him, but love the African rock mix. And any band that stages with 2 drum kits and two percussionists get my vote!! And then I discover he's a big Spurs fan!!!
I've seen him a couple of times , Mrs Conn was a fan of the TV show Little Lies and I heard the theme tune " Cold Little Heart " ,looked if up and it was Michael Kiwanuka , great couple of albums
