they’re brilliant live. Saw them a couple years ago at Brixton academy - gonna get a ticket for their tour this winter.
Never been to Glastonbury but used to go all over to festivals. Love watching live music. Once the bairn gets older I'll take him to the match then festivals in the summer. Nowt better
Dua Lipa miming. Badly. Where are the next generation of headliners? The bands you see years ahead and just know. Non existent. Idles are about the best, but too much of a blunt instrument.
We probably like different music but The Streets are good live and put on a show. They're on tomorrow
It sounds like music exclusively made to play echo through empty ailes in supermarkets. Rotten stuff.
Saw a lad wearing the 92 cup final shirt in the VIP viewing area to the left of the stage during Bombay bicycle club set….it was during the song when Damon Albarn was on stage with them.
The streets will be mint. Seen them at glasto previously. Went by myself when all my mates went to see Beyonce. Was epic. Sunday night IIRC. Was like death on the Monday morning. Ended up on the session with a fellow streets fan who I discovered was a MLF from Hetton.
I'd have felt sorry for them if they hadn't have been so enthralled with themselves in the cringy post-show interview. They were fantasising about who they could collaborate with ... ... I'd suggest a choreographer, a stylist and a vocal coach
Class. Been into them since day dot. Think I was 14 when the first album came out and loved them since. Just before Skinner reformed them he done a dj set in independent, which was class. He was posting on insta of him in Blandford street
