So if Alfie May is sold, it is solely down to Nathan Jones. Not Andy Scott or anybody else who runs or owns the Club. If May is sold, I would like Nathan Jones to come out and say to fans that it was his decision and his alone. If he does not, then I will never believe it. Nor do I see how I can trust him in the future as manager of CAFC. Be honest with fans. Or don't expect to have any credibility.
Apparently a couple of players are training with us. We are having a look at them. No idea who they are.
Thought it was £1M at least and we didn’t need to sell unless our price was met ?? Someone’s telling whoppers again
We'll never get a straight answer. And that alone tells me all I need to know. Owners, suits and managers who don't talk straight to fans are unworthy of trust, respect or hard earned ticket money. Fans have been taken for mugs for far too long.
Various names bandied about that mean little to me. I'm sure Jones is working his nuts off and the important thing is what sort of team runs out on the first day of the season. I'm not bothered where a player comes from (preferably not Palace or a Man City loanee). In fact it might even be better to get a well-scouted player like Kinsella or Robbo from a lower league than say the Ipswich players we got last season. Or Piggybank.
We may not all agree that selling a prolific & proven L1 scorer to a *promotion rival * is sensible - and personally I think it’s an act of absolute stupidity- but we can all agree that it’s a massive risk. I spat my tea out at the village idiot BB saying Alfie wouldn’t have equalled his scoring feats this season because …he’d be on the bench …replaced by who ? Aneke or Tyreece ? There’s an unseemly and unhealthy trait of individuals being too quick to slate the few good thingsat the club - Academy players are apparently never good enough, nor is Dobson, now May is the same. Yet Carlos Kickaballs , Swindon journeymen or some bloke I read about on Facebook always get gushing praise ? I question the brain power and motivations at times. The proof of the putting with Alfie is what replaces him - taking a punt on this Ahdame kid is a massive gamble, and that’s being charitable.

BB always puts down any player or member of the Club who leaves. He always says the Club is better off without them. Every single time. He is incapable of saying that any event, however disastrous, makes the Club weaker. Events which obviously hurt the Club - like relegations - he simply ignores as if they never happened.
