Well he will have to be sold for upwards of 150m. His amortised value will now be around 40m. Which means the net profit is 110m. A new player contact is amortised over 4 years (average) so we can spend 400m and it will be amortised over 4 years. 100m a year.
It's amortised over the length of an initial contract up to 5 years. Any big money signings for us will be whacked onto 5 year contracts.
Problem you have with selling Isak would be replacing Isak. Not many of them around and the ones that are would cost about the same silly money as Isak once we came knocking.
