2 wins from 8 is an absolute disgrace when you look at the opposition. please log in to view this image
If I was a PL manager I'd be claiming my players were all injured ... ... there's no way I'd let them go to play for Southgate.
Best thing going was making pals with a legend of a Safc fan. Now makes his way over there. Shared some great stuff and he is now going to join this forum. Look out for the engineer. What a bloke. Reminds me of smug et al. Welcome aboard
Just woken up from a nice lie in after an uninterrupted sleep, I see that was yet another sound move. I've managed a hattrick now.
I said it earlier. I can honestly see a Southgate side anti-football their way to success in a flukey run that relies more on other teams failing than us succeeding.
I really don't need us to win but I'd like us to play with intent and like we are one of the bigger international teams.
I imagine the French must be getting hammered at home. They’ve been just as poor and we are the two tournament favourites.
I think any team with Mbappe in that misfires is going to take some flak but if any nation is currently well fed and fattened with recent success, it is them. They can **** off to the back of the queue... It's Austria's turn.
Its not madness when you watch the 3 games. Kane is a big problem for England at the minute - theres quite a few at the minute - as his movement has been shocking when in possession n out of possession hes a man down. The issue with it will always be you are dropping your best goal scorer but i think having a watkins start (he should have started last night) itll stretch the game n create space for the midfielders I heard on the weekend that England players were tired, yet hes played pretty much the same team for 3 games. All 3 were shocking performances, its now going to be down to him being brave n changing it slightly in the next round The positives are they topped the group.... thats abiut it
Assume Southgate is trying to play Kane into fitness/form. If it turns out to have worked, very good. If it hasn't, he's absolutely ****ed it as he isn't going to have the balls to drop Kane deeper into the tournament. Sounds like Mainoo needs to come in and maybe Gordon too. Assume Gallagher makes way along with Foden, though it sounds like Foden has been one of our better players over the last couple of games. Don't see Bellingham being dropped either.
Foden def shouldnt be dropped, probably Englands best attacking player last 2 games. Bellingham has been shocking last 2 games but agree cant see him being dropped I would go for Pickford Walker stone guehi gomez Mainoo Rice Bellingham Foden Kane Gordon
Think we are past playing the two of them together. Sounds like there just isn't the space on the pitch for both of them.
