Was in the office today and need to cut down, normally order something in so forced myself to eat rabbit food and chicken thighs with the skin removed. Also made some Hummus yesterday evening so I can have it with loads of veg at lunch through the week. Looks ****, was ****…but a little healthy.
Couldn’t find pepper so lobbed some Aleppo pepper on. Seemed to work. Eggs probably needed an extra 30 seconds but it’s done now.
