    From what I've seen, RLB comes across calm and capable with a wider skillset than Beale.

    RLB's backroom team seem to be of a very high standard while Beale's was non existent.

    Lorient fans are sick of RLB in a "got us relegated" way, not the "he's a complete arsehole and should never work in football again" way Rangers fans were about Beale.

    I mentioned Le Postec yesterday. He's been le Bris' assistant since he became Lorient B head coach in 2015.

    Jean-Marie David also worked with le Bris and le Postec with Lorient B, arriving in 2020.

    Quick Google and one appears to have been fitness coach and promoted to assistant coach and one assistant coach.

    Only way the new coach will be able to make a big difference, quickly, with things feeling different for the players , is a new team coming in. Fine having proc and dodds around, but 4 new faces is welcome news.
