Romanos second tweet about it https://x.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1804207200174223363?t=emgwsL40W4c7ngqgauj0JQ&s=19
Totally agree. I just hope he can get Ba's head in the game as he's often switched off. I also think Ekwah needs more tough love to get him to use his weight around the pitch and discover a dirty side.
Sorry, too busy praising Alan Shearer's coverage of the Euros to mention a major SAFC feelgood story https://x.com/TeleFootball/status/1804087362609090978?t=6vpoTpVk8vO3_DByAJWtOA&s=19
As an ex-mod, let me tell you, the report button was absolutely battered and abused by respected posters you would not even imagine going near it.
He could've been a mag or from OTR, it doesn't matter. He set out his stall to cause bother and achieved it. Personally I'd ignore anyone trying to disrupt a message board I'm on. Never give them the satisfaction.
If we end up paying compensation and allow him to bring in his own people then a few people round here will have to find other reasons to knock the club. I’m sure it won’t take them long though
On the staffing discussion, I don't think what is being implied is that RLB will be bringing a full team with him. I imagine he'll bring 1 or maybe 2, but I think anything else will have input from the club and will be here for Sunderland, not necessarily RLB men if that makes sense.
Not sure that's true, but if it is,it's more likely to be mental fatigue than physical. I often thought over the final 3rd of last season...these players are being over-coached...they're confused.
I think what this appointment is doing is putting up a mirror to everyone and showing their own mentality. The fact is that absolutely none of us Sunderland fans know enough about him to make a judgement. His 2 seasons as head coach in France were even so different that there's 2 possible perspectives. The perspective that people choose to take says everything about them and nothing about RLB.
