I wouldn't worry about it mate it could be anyone. Nothing is leaked in these matters by the club these days. Absolutely no evidence it's Le Bris and not Cifuentes. Or vice versa, simply put nobody knows.

No Still to a different offer after we offered him what he wanted, Maric was about to sign till Still became available and no one actually knows about Cifuentes and where that's at.
So had nothing to do with flexibility

If Speakman says the new head coach was their first choice and have been tracking him for a while, I’m going to nail my face to the wall.

he’ll definitely say they’ve been tracking him for a while. That’s no doubt :D. But I doubt even he would have the gall to pretend first choice now

Stinks of panic and desperation, over 120 days from Dodds to this, and some still reckon that the owner should be trusted.

Speakman is done for with our fan base now. He’s going to be as popular as Methven at this rate!

I still trust the owner. He is young in years and in tenure and he has a lot of learning to do. I'd like to see him do it and get us into the premier league. I like his vision, I just think he needs time and support to get there.

We need a big summer, as many have said for many months. One clusterfuck of a season could be a stick to beat him with or it could be what he needed to go through to learn what's required.

My trust in Speakman has eroded somewhat but it seems he is here for the summer so we might as well give them the chance to prove you and I right or wrong.

Let's say we get the HC signed in time for the start of preseason, should we be doubting whether we can trust Dreyfus in that scenario. Or would that be a little bit silly.

If it’s Le Bris though, it’s shocking.

    G’night fella.

Whoever it is, we need to give them a chance. Can't keep chasing people put of the club, that has never worked before. It's not about to start.

Whoever it is will get my support always been the case. I do hope it's not Le Bris though, my picks are Rosenior and Cifuentes because they're good fits and have shown they can cut it in the championship. Relegation is a concern for me and Le Bris would not make me feel confident in that regard.

Can't say Le Bris excites me but that's entirely down to my ignorance rather than any kind of qualified judgement of his ability.

I was a little warmer on Rosenior, and almost hot under the collar over Cifuentes.

I will admit I'm a little biased, as Norton is always saying, the "football hipster" in me would really like a fashionable appointment.

A Still, Maric, or Cifuentes. I'm kind of bored by competent plodders like Mowbray, Neil and co.

I have no idea who we will appoint though, I've become very distrustful of all these whispers, so no real point getting upset about anything other than the time it is taking until we find out.

It's funny that Scout said he's been told 3 separate coaches are close in the last 24 hours. Shows just how valid these rumours are.

what if you are being led down the garden path, have you thought of that? Why has it taken so long, why are we still waiting, why has his number one target turned us down, where is his “laser focus” , his “obsession with progression”, the importance of “succession planning”.
He sacked off half a season because he made a mistake in appointing Beale. To just give up wasn’t a mistake it was a ****in disgrace that he and the owner were fully behind. How many mistakes is he allowed to learn from until people realise he is THE mistake.

I heard from a credible source that Speakman went on holiday during this period? With Kyril taking the reigns on the deal. That true to you?
