Bellingham Guehi Bowen didn't include Saka because he was a world beater first half but absolutely gash in the second - as for Foden and Stones, both need to up their game considerably
watched a replay.... What I didn't notice first time around, is that John Stones has taken over pointing duties from Harry Maguire...His pointing was sublime and just as effective and more definite than his fellow centre half...His finger was slightly more erect...I think Maguire will find it hard to get that job back, even if he plays for his country again. Which is probably unlikely...Therefore Stones has got the finger role.
Five points for first choice, three for second, one for third. Bellingham 80 Rice 23 Guehi 22 Saka 9 Walker 6 Bowen 3 Stones 1 Bellingham imperious. Rice influential. Guehi steady and effective. Try bringing that to the second half against Denmark please.
