I don't think they'd be that daft as to not provide information on the process, agree though, won't go into details of who they considered due to confidentiality.
As soon as the new manager is announced everything else becomes history ... ... we really need to move on from all this, as soon as f*cking possible.
Beat me to it. - none of us are going to get evidence of why it’s taken this long. Get over it. Don’t worry be happy. Get annoyed if you’re watching sh1te next season but save yourself some blood pressure issues in the meantime.
Well I'm bloody lost. This place is manic tonight. Just caught up with the last few pages and Have no idea what's happening. other than perhaps Frankie Howard is now in the running
Sunderland are interviewing prospective managers, the Euros are in full flow, Burnley are without a manager and the sun shone today. That's about it tbh.
I agree. But I quite enjoy the forensic debate. Be a bit dull just sitting and waiting for me anyway. I dont expect the club to pay the slightest bit of attention to my opinions or thoughts. But I do like debating them on here with folk who have different opinions to me. Every day is a school day. Now, where on earth is that bloody number 9...
Let’s not lose sight of the time it would have taken the club to get an agreement to sign from Still - negotiations, drawing-up of contract, agreeing of all contract details, typing and checking of legal details - anyone who has had dealings with the legal profession will know how long theses things can take - just for Still to change his mind at the point of signing. In my opinion the club had the rug pulled from under them and had to start catch-up.
In some people's minds signing a new manager is like ordering a new BBQ on Amazon ... ... if you don't like it just send it back, no quibble.
