That's kind of my earlier point though. What is 'outperform' and 'most efficient'?

The most important thing to separate is social care so hospital beds and staffing diverted to this can be freed up. Things like community hospitals, care homes, home care needs to be dealt with and funded properly.

    More deflection.

I don’t accuse people of racism and then celebrate immigrants getting beaten up in front of the wives and kids.

    You do.

This is exactly the issue I’m going through with my mum right now. She’s basically ‘fixed’ medically now, but until she gets some support in the home, the hospital can’t discharge her.

I’ve been speaking to the OT and physio today and the package of support they are applying for isn’t guaranteed and can take 2 weeks to put in place.

    That’s bed blocking

As for private health insurance, just no.

We are one of the richest nations in the world and can find £££ billions to pull out of our arse when we need it for war, covid contracts etc. We also allow a massive tax loophole for the rich that sees a £119bn black hole in the economy every year

    so we can afford it

That looks like a group of women with kids in buggies were screaming in fear as the mostly overweight out of shape middle aged men with them were beaten by young men.
    Looks ****ing grim tbh.

This reminds me of Portsmouth in the early 2000s when people "heard" a local loner bloke was a child molester and firebombed his house killing a teen (his niece?) who was in there with him. He was not guilty of anything.

Then there was a case of a Pediatric clinic being smashed up cos people thought it was a place where ****philes were housed.

****ing horrible video showing mob mentality

What we also don't see with that twitter clip is the original source, and most stuff I can track back but nowt on that. So it's someone with a twitter account who will just post anything to get clicks - at least take ownership of your material with something to substantiate it or name the source if you are going to feed people this stuff....to avoid incidents like this... https://edition.cnn.com/2017/06/28/us/good-samaritan-mistaken-for-kidnapper-trnd/index.html
