I've mentioned this recently, The pressure they have placed on themselves will eventually bite them on the arse if the new guy who they deem ok to wait this amount of time to appoint fails... there won't be any hiding place then. All their own making Don't get me wrong, every fibre in me hopes they get it right and we go from strength to strength and the wait has been worth it.
