When things were looking positive, KLD had taken it out of Speakman’s hands. Now it’s a ****show again the same people are saying it’s all on Speakman. Not including Bob in that mind. Neither scenario is great though.
Do we know KLD was directly involved though, we only have internet rumours and no concrete evidence. This isn’t a dig at you or anyone mind.
I’ve heard Speakman didn’t interview one of last weeks candidates. Not sure if that applies with all. Don’t want to say who told me but a good poster.
We're already weeks behind most teams. The system that's supposed to work without a head coach has ground to a halt. I wonder why. Could it be that if there's no head coach to carry the can for signings you made, then you don't sign anyone?
Well next week Rigg can sign a pro contract with anyone he likes, can't he? That's the first nail in the coffin. Not only will we lose a generational talent for next to nowt, we'll have to spend money to replace him. Next will be Clarke, Neil, Patto, Ballard, Hume, Jobe, and Ekwah wanting to leave. Sort it now SAFC.
I think this thread shows that we don't know a great deal, lots of rumours and speculation but nothing concrete
And again on the flip side people have been defending Speakman because of what he has done for us, now it’s turned to **** people want to blame KLD for lack of ambition. People were suggesting that it was because Speakman was leaving. Now that isn’t likely to happen and it’s mid June what do people think Speakman has been doing? Unless on gardening leave
So the glimmer of hope he was away is gone then? Be mental to let him pick the manager then get rid, that also sounds like the most safc thing ever actually

Scott was offered the job before Beal, but Carley would not move up here, after the debacle of a move when he played for the scum.
