Okay… funnily enough Dublin saying the same thing on the BBC chat. So, perhaps lots of people being ridiculous.
Wording in the rule has changed. No longer has to be a "genuine attempt to win the ball". As long as the player is deemed to make a challenge for the ball which I think Rodri was it's a yellow card. He was miles away from it but I don't think you can consider that a deliberate foul.
Not sure what to make of Spain there. Very old Croatia side that seemed to doze off at times. They also should have scored a couple. Spain and Germany looking good against dubious opponents.
Kids crack me up. Nipper says he wants to watch a few England games with me and that he hopes "Adam Armstrong will be playing as he's the reason we won at Wembley"
This game has Saints v Rotherham/Middlesborough all over it. 99% possession, just cant kill them off.
Half hour or so to kick off for the Orangje, bars busy as you would expect as are the expectations. Should have to much for Bedder's boy but it's a funny old game.
Kinda happy Poland scores. Good for Bednarek and the BBC has been ****ing about the Dutch the whole time.
