It’s okay, because Farrage wants a US style system to come in. It’s as if his paymasters are telling him what to do. The last 14 years have been a **** show.
I was pleasantly surprised by Swansea having not thought much of it when I first went about a decade ago.
Still a dump. On match days, I generally tended to walk from the station down through the high st to get to the micro pub, which had moved to bigger premises in Canterbury Street (or I think that's the road name), about the only place worth visiting...otherwise I'd advice anyone to get off at Rochester, plenty of pubs and food places there, although Rainham (Kent) has a Spoons right adjacent to the station now. There is a home pub in a decent location but I fook that off these days, getting too old to have to wait around at the bar for my beer lol. Micro pub... please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
The only good thing with Saturdays, Gillingham does tend to have market stalls once you make your way along the high st, so it can be pretty bustling on a nice day, you got about all of two cash points opposite one another, and the micro pub only takes cash - so if one of the cash machines is out of action, don't be surprised if the queue is a half hour wait, I kid you not. It comes across as quite a poor area, hence why so many people probably still use cash, and even the 2 or 3 ticket offices at the station can be rammed with people trying to escape the place. If you tend to venture off round the side roads the dog owners haven't yet been trained to clear up their poop, but it's a bog standard for the area really.
Yeh well after him Tryna get me sacked ill keep schtum, im always on that road in summer anyways so whatever lol
Ordered a door without a letterbox as is one of these more modern designs for the front of the house. Mrs just came in at 6 and pointed out we haven’t got a letterbox ‘box’ ****ing hell, I’m off to B&Q/screwfix in morning.
Mate of mine from back home dropped his daughter at Taylor swift tonight with her friends at Anfield.
