Correct, but he's a touch pre occupied. Plus, considering the wide variety of coaches we have recently employed he has no idea what style of play we will be playing so how will them signings fit? Say we sign a 6ft5 target man but then the new coach comes in wanting to play a style which needs a striker that makes runs in behind, we've just wasted money on the target man. This model is good when ran correctly and if it was you'd be absolutely correct that we don't need a coach in place to be able to start signing players, but it isn't being ran correctly.
