You would hope that KLD’s we’ve learned from last season would indicate they know a mediocre gamble would not suffice but they need to walk the walk, I’d have thought if they had learned the big things and been decisive the role might have been more attractive and had been filled by their chosen options. I just can’t help but think the board and operations lack the right experience and quality as much as the first 11 did.

They have a funny way of showing it, actions speak louder than words.

Aye, I think it needs to get to a point where they reconsider parts of the model, and also the head coach role. To bring fans back onside they need to nail this appointment.

If they have recognised their mistakes, as KLD said, then this is what needs to happen.

    I think getting into the play-off semi-final was a clue ...

Old news. Fanbase, rightly so, need a lift from last year's absolute mess. The year before is ancient history and the feel good as gone.

They need to delivery to get it back.

The poster you’re replying to has never said anything positive. Ever.

Either a proper misery guts or a WUM.

    That's a fair point ...

... perhaps now people can stop posting about Alex Neil, Tony Mowbray, Beale, the BCB, etc etc etc.

If feckin Heckinbottom gets its, I’ll give him till Xmas.

His only good point is that he’s not ugly.

Been in bed all day after nightshift, save me time going through a lot of pages and twitter, any news? Or just people having meltdowns again?

I do hope the club hold their nerve and don't rush things now and appoint someone out of frustration. It's taken along time so far so the right decision is more important than a few more days. Just make the right appointment.
