Based on the fact that we've likely had a fair few turn us down, I'd probably take Neil back. It would be through gritted teeth though. I don't particularly want him back, but I also don't want to be lumbered with someone like Stephen Robinson. There are worse people out there than him. This is just me though, and I think the majority of our fanbase would be in uproar if we went back to him.
I can honestly say nothing bothers me one tiny bit anymore. These lads on here can’t or won’t get it into their heads this the best the club has ever been run, and we are struggling a bit at the moment, and I mean a bit. We probably have the best owner in all the divisions, have one one of the lowest debts in all the divisions and we have these whining fannies on here acting like 13 year olds, 13 year old girls as well. What an embarrassment to the club you are.
Going back to Neil after this drawn out process would be a sign of absolute desperation and professional suicide for KLD. Definitely not going to happen.
People are twisting and that club statement has been posted many times including by me. It was a joke. You've decided to put your own spin on what I've said To recap though. Kld announces a signing is imminent. It is looking however that at least one candidate has turned us down and another looks set to follow. Hopefully the club already have someone lined up anyways.
One thing to remember, when the Will Still news broke that he'd turned us down, that was about 3 or 4 days after the fact. Could be that Rosenior pulled out the running last weekend and we've already moved onto our next target, but the journo's are only hearing about it now?
I probably wouldn't take him back, too much baggage. I was just curious if the desperation had passed a certain threshold and people would take him, it seems there is still more pain to come because most wouldn't have him. I predict the appointment of a head coach will be two weeks from now.
Clutching at straws here. Could it be with how tight lipped the club are with everything, that we could be the ones turning these so called front runners down. And we are in fact edging closer to the man they want. It’s only media that are linking us with managers. Why would we release a statement on Friday saying all that to be no where near according to press. Trying to put a positive spin on this looooooong drawn appointment
