Allsop’s distribution didn’t win us any points. His shot stopping certainly lost us points though. Perhaps as a team without the benefits of parachute payments we should try prioritising signing players who are good at their primary job
Completely agree, what acun did and how he did it was wrong, I completely agreed with what he said, but it's a behind closed door conversion
Allsopp going..Never rated him from the first minute....Owen Foster will be prompted up the pecking order...Good luck to the kid...
Prepare to be knocked over in the rush for someone finding a goal from Allsop's distribution. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
I'm sure he played a lovely ball over the top to connolly that led to a goal, but I've no idea who against. He won MotM at least four times, so he must have done some things right.
Without looking at all our goals last season, I can recall Stoke away and Southampton away when his distribution directly led to a goal. He’s not the best keeper we’ve ever had but the way some on here talk he’s worse than Hesford. The way he’s been treated by our owner is disgraceful.
He's not in Hesford's league, thankfully not many are. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Allsop is a decent distributor, but his keeping isn't great let's be honest, if it wasn't for Rosie's stubbornness he'd have been dropped long before season end. While it shouldn't have been said in a public forum what Acun said was spot on. And lets not forget, Pandur is in the building and none of us know how good he is with his feet or hands for that matter.
There’s an uncomfortable amount of people willing to take the word of Acun as gospel and not question anything said especially with the recent Q&A. I love the bloke for everything he’s done but some can’t see the problems that Q&A and other comments like that produced. They just see it as it aligns with their views so that’s great. It’s a slippery slope to happening again whenever the next manager gets sacked
