Sat in on the end of season reviews with existing coaching staff. Been part of the discussions around squad composition for this coming season. Been able to assess free agent market along with recruitment team. Endless video analysis to ascertain how the existing squad may best be able to be coached. Assessed whether his preferred style suits the players or he needs to refine. Work with Murty to get a feeling for who may be best placed to join pre season. Talk to each and every player in the squad about their feelings, what they think has gone wrong and give them a steer on his plans and expectations for next season. Plan pre season, based on all of the above. For starters anyways... Coaches dont go away for 2 months and do nowt.
Yeah, I’m sure they would be aware beforehand but the reality of it biting might be cause for a rethink. Edit - Why not cash out and quit while he’s ahead?
Smug. For you to accuse anyone of stalking is a bit rich coming from you! You're constantly going back through posters past comments and re posting them in bold letters!
Hope KLD stays as I think he has done a really good job with us, considering the total mess he came into. I do think someone alongside him to support would be good, not sure what santori brings to the party tbh I saw some of the abuse he received on social media after the BCB 'fiasco' and it was embarrassing reading those comments. Some want him out, but theyll be the type that want every owner out if we hit a bad run of form. Also heard he was getting abuse at home games so started to stay away from the stadium. Some of our supporters are pathetic (every club has them tho). Last season was poor (some will say very poor others might say shocking) but it was fixable imo. Getting a good manager in and a good transfer window fixes most things Think we are all getting drained by all of this, the not knowing can kill supporters at times. A takeover, or buying of shares, could be the reason its taken so long to get a manager. I do worry if a takeover is happening and does drag on we are in for a long tough season as itll massively impact transfer activity. Obviously a takeover could bring in better owners but it could also bring in a lot worse Fed up of everything at the minute n just want some positive news this week to lift my spirits for the season ahead Busy week of scouting n family time to take my mind off it!!
Hahaha. Shown you're talking ****e so out come the accusations of stalking and name calling, you'll be running to the mods next. I'm not stalking you. The two posts were literally on the same page. I'm not asking for details either merely pointing out you've completely contradicted yourself.
An astronomical number of Twitter bullshitters are descending on the club's indecision and doubt like seagulls on a dropped pasty, squawking loudly and dropping **** everywhere This needs sorting, ranging from a new HC to a complete restructure of whatever is making candidates feel welcome as a mag at Appleby Horse Fair
Thing is, him/Sartori have put £18m into the club. We made a £9m loss for 22/23 and that excluded the Stewart sale (and some incomings). We also have quite a few assets with significant value. Clarke and Neil both around £20m, reports saying we value jobe at £20m. Patterson, Ballard and Hume could even bring in 8 figures potentially. Unless our finances bombed in 23/24 I dont see why financing should be that significant in the grand scheme of things if we make one or two player sales. Tbf not even the financing part of KLD im worried about, its more watching what Speakman was doing last season under his watch and nothing looks to be changing for this up coming season so far.
How do we know they are being thorough? Could be they just can’t attract a decent manager because of wages, working under KS directive, recruitment policy etc.
It reminds them of the shyte they post but 'constantly' is a wild exaggeration tbh ... ... so unusual for you
Not at all, you're guessing at what I mean and getting it totally wrong. Think what you like, your thoughts are of no interest.
