Yes mate - loads of it grows in the woods and along the riverbanks near me so we just grab it when we can, and freeze a load for through the year when it's not in season.
Made pesto with it once and every year since i have the intention of picking it from around the river in Washington, and every year i miss it.
Yeah it's good stuff. Excellent in salads. The flowers are really nice to eat too if you can catch them in bloom.
Had an awesome sunday dinner yesterday. Chicken with mint sauce, roasties, mash, yorkshire puds, carrots, brocolli, cabbage, stuffing, turnips, thick gravy. Class.
