14,18 Unwanted Attention 5/1

 

The (19:55) at Clonmel, a Beginners Chase over a distance just short of 2m7f on good ground, is certainly a tricky affair. Selection is the mare, Sea Aster, who has shown enough to run a decent race and gain a podium finish, at least. Well-bred for NH racing being by Yeats from a Presenting dam. Wears cheek-pieces as in previous runs. Jake Coen (5) rides for the Gordon Elliott yard.

Won at 7/2 SP. Mare jumped really well and won very easily by 8-lengths. Fine ride by Jake Coen for the Gordon Elliott stable and connections.
