Even if we don't... say, only 12 join in... Just pick the 12 top seeded teams for distribution- and if none of us lose we can bond in our sadness... or randomly assign some people two teams to make up the numbers.
There's always the good team and **** team distribution so you can win by winning or by being the worst side.
How about making it a little bit of a prediction league too... so You automatically get 10 pts if your team wins 8 pts if they finish second 6 if they reach semis. 3 if they reach qtrs 2 if they finish 3rd in their group and 1 if they finish last in their group... But in addition to that- you have to predict where your team will finish from that above list- and you get 10 points if you're correct. So say Zanj gets Spain and he predicts they will reach the semis- but actually they win... he gets 10 pts for winning, but then 0 pts for predicting where his team will end. So 10 points total. Mito gets England, and he predicts they finish last in their group- and they do indeed finish last in their group- he gets 11 points. 1 for finishing last in his group and 10 for guessing their final position correctly- so gets 11 points total and beating Zanj. IBWT gets Italy and predicts they finish second and is correct- he gets 8 pts for finishing 2nd and 10pts for guessing correctly- so 18 pts total. It would add a fun twist to the game and give a chance for glory for those who get a crappy team pulled out of the hat.

Good for jota to be working that young on it. Adrian needs to get on with getting his pro license and becoming a coach. I'm disappointed we keep giving him a playing contract
I've long suspected the reason he's still here is because he's working on coaching - he might be doing a useful job even if he's not playing.
I hope.so as its a very high price to be paying in terms of a foreign player slot. Surely he has a shot at a coaching job right now if he wants it.
