I thought this the other day. If all that is being said in the media has a % of truth to it he sounds like the type who will be always looking for a move.

 

I'm speculating they have moved on looking at other candidates but even if the Still deal was alive they would be negligent not to be looking anyway.
So your right lets just see what happens. With the transfer window and players starting to come back from hols. It cant go on much longer.

That's madness that mind, a football league in a country like France not being able to secure a domestic broadcast deal. Their original asking price of €1billion probably didn't help.

 

The Still situation reminds me of the Grigg saga.

The deal will be low to nothing. Canal Plus didn’t even want the deal, they didn’t think anyone in France wanted to watch the French league.

PL, Serie A and Bundesliga are the only 3 that travel.

 

Realistically you need someone by Friday if the team are back by the 24th. You’d think need time to come in and assess, watch videos, discuss with coaches and youth coaches who is ready who needs moving on, discuss potential signings and outgoings etc etc. Anything later just looks Micky Mouse.
