My mate has a proper water gauge and up to the 31st of May he recorded 39in the highest ever he’s recorded, for a full normal year he’s usually around 1.7mts.
A watch worth a quarter of a million ... ... what's it made of, the melted down Holy Grail "Tottenham midfielder Yves Bissouma was robbed of his luxury watch by two assailants on Sunday. The Mali international, 27, was with his wife outside a hotel in Cannes on the French Riviera when the mugging occurred at around 4am. Bissouma was returning to his hotel when two hooded men attacked him with tear gas and took his watch worth 300,000 euros (£255,000) before fleeing, his lawyer Bastien Caire confirmed following media reports." please log in to view this image https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cmmmv8j960lo
Decided to Google this. Part of the innovation behind the watch is how lightweight it is. Was designed for Nadal and has been credited to good form. Radical idea but don't wear a watch during a tennis match or is he scared he won't be home in time for tea? Isn't there time and everything on scoreboard anyway?
Martin Lewis has just been on TV talking about shopping on Amazon. He said there are three Amazon sites that they don't advertise where you can find bargains...Warehouse, Renew and Outlet. Warehouse is returned items with damaged packaging, Renew is refurbished electronics with a 12 month warranty and Outlet is end of season over stocked goods. These are the links if anyone is interested Amazon Warehouse https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=amazon warehouse uk&crid=1KQA9PQS9HPPJ&sprefix=amazon wa,aps,91&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-doa-p_2_9 Amazon Renew https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=amazon renewed store&crid=348KZFT7TRCOF&sprefix=amazon renew,aps,103&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-doa-p_1_12 Amazon outlet https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=amazon outlet clearance uk&crid=1DSU9QJG7VOTV&sprefix=outlet clearance uk,aps,70&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-doa-p_1_19
Don't know if it's already been mentioned. Interesting article in the BBC about Standard Chartered Bank conducting financial transactions for terrorist groups and sanctioned countries. SCB are Liverpool's shirt sponsors, could reflect badly on them?
I'm not putting it on the D Day thread because that should be for positive things only. Remember that old joke about the French being more pleased to see us in 1944 than they are today? https://news.sky.com/video/d-day-80th-anniversary-british-paratroopers-met-by-french-customs-as-they-parachute-into-normandy-13148453#:~:text=Election-,D-Day 80th anniversary: British paratroopers met by French customs, recreating the D-Day invasion.&text=British paratroopers had to go,control after parachuting into Normandy. 1944 - thank you for rescuing us from the Germans. 2024 - Papers please. Clown World.
How is it a clown world, that's how things are after Brexit and we'd do the same. Having said that, the welcome to our veterans from the French has been absolutely heartwarming ... ... they really couldn't have done much more.
Any one else can't sleep? Third night in a row I've woken up a 4 o'clock in the morning No idea why, can't even blame being exited like a kid at Christmas about the appointment of our new head coach.
I had noticed that you were posting and assumed that you were just doing your civic duty, or on a weird shift pattern
Might be the sun coming in, it's well light by then. Maybe try a blackout roller blind, works for me.
Why do people answer question with "so"? Why do you support Sunderland? "So............" What is it you like about fishing? "So..........."
