Doesn’t mean those asked to carry them out or drill them into the players aren’t capable. Each head coach has one or two trusted lieutenants, if the rest ain’t broke why go the expense, hassle and upheaval of changing them?

You forgot a proportion of fans who are negative as **** whenever things goes against us or not the way they like it. Get a decent manager in, a couple of decent signings and the lads will be back up in the top half or challenging for the playoffs.
I think most top coaches would back themselves to do so with a team that includes Kane, Davies, Kimmich, Musiala, De Ligt, Upamecano, and Neuer amongst other world class players. Don't see a repeat of this year happening.
