    Lovenkrands is awful enough up front but hes even worse on the wing, doubt Pardew would start him tbh as he seems very eager to give game time to Sammy at the moment and thats his best position.

    Pardew wont start Lovenkrands he seems to have a lot of faith in Sammy.

    Lovenkrands has got agility though <whistle>


    (p.s. i think we should start Fergie, but since he's not been about the first team recently i think Sammy's probably going to get the nod ahead of him - and he's not exactly a bad choice)

    I'd be happy with either Sammy, Fergie or Perch. All deserve a chance in my opinion.

    The thought of any wingers like lovenkrands or Sammy helping raylor out defensively ****ing terrifies me.

    If it was anyone I'd choose Ferguson. At least he has LB experience so he can act as a winger and still help out defensively.

    Really? I know that would be a bit of a Pardew move but, based on the fact he picked Sammy vs City, I'm pretty sure he will pick him again?

    Fergie's barely played this season. Would be hell of a risk to throw him in for this one!

    I chose Fergie ... he looked decent in the Carling Cup last season and with his pace and technique he'll be better than Sammy...
