Forgetting all the sentiments and er....poorly handled departure for a moment, he's going to have a huge impact on our younger attacking players. Players like Edozie, Dibling, SAA, Charly if he stays can learn a huge amount from him. He'll almost certainly have a bigger impact on the training ground rather than the St Mary's pitch but that's fine. Welcome home Adam!
Jokes aside, I do agree. As free agent signings for newly-promoted teams go, that's probably as good as possible this summer.
Asked my Brighton mate who is a STH and he says he's still good, just plays in a deeper midfield position and links things together, rather than getting into the box. Proof will be in the pudding I guess, as players can drop off at any moment once they reach his age.
