Surely he knows one way or the other? If substantial rumours are circulating then he would seek clarification from the club, and they can hardly say "we're not telling you".

 

Exactly and he is unlikely to feed the news hounds by saying what he knows either way.
IMHO he should be given at least until January next season to see what he can do with a full fit squad.

Moyes gets a bad wrap, but I think they could do a lot worse than Moyes... probably not a lot worse looking, but a lot worse at managing. I respect Moyes, although I think his tactics are beginning to date.

 

Moyes is generally quite sensible so doubt he'd consider Chelsea. But you never know...
