Liverpool announced their new managers name, stating that it will come into effect on the 1st June. Surely we could do the same thing?

Sounds like Magnus reckons William Still takes over or is announced on the 1st of June.

 

Or 1st July - do contracts not run to the end of June? Not sure.

 

But why wait to then to announce it? Makes no sense, even if that’s when he starts work.
