Two down at half time at home to the mighty Barnsley. Looks like O'Briens not the only one not interested in playing for us
There's something rank at Leeds United and it's not just Bates. Grayson needs to go and we need a new experienced manager with the abiility to tell Bates where to go and to get the best out of the poor squad we have.
David O'Leary Martin O'Neil Paul Hart Paul Lambert (yes, I mean Paul Lambert, we are a massive club and we should be aiming for the best around, no matter what the cost is) Neil Warnock (I'd be delighted if Warnock came to us, he'd get us playing again and there would be no lazy bastards allowed. He'd also feking lump Bates and he'd have 100% suppport of the Leeds fans when/if he did)
Only if you view your business at a low level, for all the faults Bates has, he knows there will be no investment or possible dividend if the club has lower than average support levels and no real interest, he has to get the qualty required in as time is running out for his plans to work.
David O'Leary - Has just come out of a mega rich deal. He probably won't come back to England. Martin O'Neil - Wouldn't come to his beloved Leicester so why would he go to Leeds? Paul Hart - Poor manager, I wouldn't want him anywhere near Leicester. Paul Lambert - In the top flight, he won't be going anywhere Neil Warnock - " "
I know, I would suggest he will be back at Celtic Park sooner than Norwich fans would want. He won't get the same level of income, but his family have not moved to England with him and have refused to do so at any time, he really hates this situation and needs to make a decision one way or the other, Celtic is his club and I can personally tell you he is a committed family person who will quit any club, when he feels he needs to be closer to his family.
O'Neil is not the Leicester man they seem to think he is. I have observed O'Neil having more personal interest and emotion when watching Celtic (recently) than I have even heard him speak about Leicester. I really believe we have a chance of getting Neil Warnock at Leeds, I'd actually put a bet on it. He's stated a few times he has wanted to manage Leeds and I can see him almost like a Howard Wilkinson style of manager, possibly with the same success. QPR have done well but the owners want a big name as the manager and Warnock knows it.
Massive club???? maybe oneday long ago you were a biggish club but massive???? Thats funny. Almost as funny and deluded as you thinking you have any chance of prising managers like Paul Lambert from the premiership! Fools!
It's great when people don't actually know the facts and try humour as a means to state their thoughts.
I'd put the betting at the same as the chances of Leicester City surviving as a business, once the current owners have either been charged with non payments of tax or they move on to another play thing. For all his faults Bates has at least given us a club to support for years to come, unless of course he sells to the asians, then we will be just as ****ed as everyone else who goes down this path.
Any move bates makes must be done now before another season gets away from us. Would also give Graysons replacement time to line up whatever scraps hes allowed in January to strengthen our average squad. A manager with a proven record of promotion through play offs would be best bet as that looks like our only glimmer of hope this season
Looks like the baadif board have nothing better to discuss than this thread :- http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/103902-Leeds-Fans-Comedy-Gold!!!
