After nearly 10 years of uncertainty I cannot understand why so many so called fans want to destabilise the club by sacking the manager???

In the most open Championship race in recent years we are 5th...

We don't have the money of Leicester, or the "sh_t or bust" attitude of Middlesbrough or West Ham. Yet we are holding our own.

Ok, it’s worrying that O'Brien wants out, but its looks like West Ham turned his head, yet based on his performances this season we can afford to lose him.

I don't know what the situation with Larry & his wife was before the "affair" or why he started a relationship at work. But get a grip lads, 50% of the population have had a relationship with a colleague. He has started a relationship with an attractive single blonde member of the Thorp Arch non playing staff. It’s not as if he was doing the club captain, whilst giving the mascot his best "come to bed" eyes...

So we have a manager capable of delivering consistently higher league places, who has got us promoted from League One. He has survived Ken Bates longer than most do and this gives us much needed stability.

Last few weeks have been worrying though. Burnley and Barnsley are games we should be more than fired up for. We've looked sluggish and slow in both.

Clayton is bang out of form. Becchio yesterday was garbage.

I don't want Grayson gone, but his excuses are terrible and can't seem to take responsibility for his team on any occasion.

Positives though... Snodgrass is in form, high work rate all over the pitch, looks dangerous and like he is always going score. Howson has found some form, couldn't of argued with him being man of the match. White again was a class act.

4 signings needed for this side to challenge in my opinion.

Bates is skint and so does is usual bluffing I won,t buy because of the moronsthe truth is he has no money relies on transfers and us morons to give him a really wonderful life style. No other manager worth his salt would work for him and its about time we all realise this and make best out of what we have got. No investor would deal with Bates hence no takers .Stability is the answer long term get rid of BATES

Would you give money to a manager who has had over 40 loanees and yet he's still got at least 11 players in that squad that shouldnt be anywhere near that white shirt!

    Connolly - O'dea - Kisnorbo - Rachubka - Sam - Bruce - Forssell - Mikka - Pugh - Keogh - AOB - Howson (Dont think he's good enough)

Shining lights - Becchio (One would think) Rosco - Snoddy - White - Lees - Loners - Somma - Clayton. Its pretty woeful when you think 8 players out of our current squad are good enough

Just because he doesnt have a budget hes still got wages and dont forget the fee's he pays to other clubs to take these players on loan!

All good enough to challenge for promotion, yet you have a player who hasn't played all season down as a leading light?

I don't agree with it all but I see where you are coming from. There are far TOO many below average at best squad players in that list. Far TOO many wasted wages and players who hardly ever and probably never will pull on a Leeds shirt again.

Look at it another way, imagine the season finished today and by fortune or miracle we won the playoffs. We would get ripped to pieces with this team in the premiership. Who would be good enough to keep? White and Lees although hot prospects imagine the damage to their progress in the current defence and although they might be good enough one day they are NOT premiership quality at the moment. Clayton has lost his form, hopefully it will come back sooner rather than later. Howson I also rate as average at best. Keough and Pugh are not wanted by their teams, Sam, Forssell, Mikka, Bruce, Kisnorbo, Conolly, O'Dea they would not stand a chance in the premiership.

This Leeds team isn't ready for the premiership and we are far too weak in too many departments to survive if we were lucky enough to win promotion.
