please log in to view this image I know it's only Scottish League One, but fair play to Falkirk for going unbeaten. Drew the last three games, just to keep their fans on edge.
The way I see it, the new WHL WUM on Pep can only be activated now if : - Spurs beat Burnley - Man Utd do not lose to them lot - the Poool beat Villa Which is a lot of ifs (especially #2)
So (barring a miracle), the three promoted teams are going straight back down - without much of a fight
I think many people said that those who came up this season were amongst the worst we’ve seen in yonks and would likely go back down. None of them showed any real ambition with signings, Sheffield even sold their two best players, one to bloody Burnley! Zero sympathy for clubs that just seemingly come up for that money grab and then get battered. The fact two other clubs have suffered points deductions this season and those three have still gone down really does make them one of, if not the worst trio to come up and go straight back down.
Honestly disappointed by Burnley, as I thought they'd at least go down fighting but instead basically stayed up so long due to all the points deductions ahead of them Sheffield United can still get to ****, though
Burnley’s Championship winning team was better. They made wholesale changes, buying a lot of unproven players and changed their style after promotion. It was a mistake.
I hear "people" are very upset that some Spurs fans are hoping Man U get the lead out and bury Arsenal and City win the PL. Shame on them. Anybody would think Spurs fans still hold a grudge for kicking Spurs out of Div 1 and giving their spot to Arsenal (thanks to a Liverpool chairman maybe getting a backhander!?) Ok.Spurs finished last but they extended the first division and Arsenal had finished what? 6th? Long time ago but the stink still hovers over the Arsenal stadium............
Football is weird as ****....today the gooners have guaranteed us Euro football next season and on Tuesday we will guarantee they come runners up in the league ... neighbours, everybody needs good neighbours"
