I half agree. He's been out of work a while so was available at the time. However, we don't know whether he was actively looking to get back in to work then.

Got to remember were not going to get a perfect manager in, especially where we are at. Need to look at his style of play and how it fits with us. He finished 8th the year before which is quite impressive. Think he was linked to Brighton too which is only a good thing imo.

Thing that puts me off about Bo Svensson is that he prefers 5 at the back, which I find ****e. He rarely plays with wingers either, which would be weird if we keep Clarke.

I don’t mind 5 at the back when the full backs are decent.

 

Basically the same as Glasner at Palace with 3421. Eze and Oliseh are flourishing and have plenty of licence to drift wide.

 

What a job he’s done there. The Eze, Olise and Matete from 3 is absolutely lethal.

 

5 at the back is fine for me but it's a bit rum without wingers. Asking a hell of a lot from your wingbacks to cover the whole length of the pitch all game.

 

Svensson would be a coup mind. Another coach that's been in the Red Bull system as well.

Know nothing about Svensson. Find it ofd that he's been out if work all this time and we are now looking into him but I guess he might be more amenable to a move to thr championship after a period of unemployment.
