We've actually done it that way since Mowbray left and ending with academy level coaches in charge and we've gone off the rails big style the last 5 months. They need to be away from the first team set up now at a minimum.
How often do you hear a player come out and have a go at the bloke picking the team? Haway mate very naive if I may say so? Can't imagine the players loving Doddsy so much as he inspires them to yet another loss or when he gives them the pathetic silent treatment after inspiring them to a 1-5 hiding at home to Blackburn who hadn't won for 2 months.
If your correct and thats a massive IF your correct, it will proved one thing. Kyril has not learned a single thing these past 10 months.
Agree to disagree. It's pretty obvious that they're on very good terms with him in my view. Your anecdotal evidence about losing games is no less naïve than my observations of player behaviour if I may say so.
Why are people making out that Still wants to bring his own academy staff, physios, kit man etc.. managers want to bring a few coaches who run their day to day duties. It’s easier for someone who understands a managers philosophy having worked with him already to implement it instantly, it’s common practise it’s nothing new.
Just taken you off ignore to tell you to get the **** off this board. Talking utter ****e every window like a pathetic little worm. Do one.
I honestly don’t get the fascination and what kicks they actually get out of it, even if they are fake SAFC fans. Imagine going round the pub and telling all your mates, you went on a message board to purposely wind people up. Speaks more of that ****er than anyone else.
I don't mind it to be honest. He's got as much right to post as anyone else who claims to be 'ITK' and its at least entertaining. Who knows, he might get one right eventually. Having said that, there's a lot of stuff that people complain about that I actively enjoy, like threads going off on a tangent. People always moan about that but I think it's interesting.
He doesn’t claim to be itk really though, not even a fantasist or naive, he just appears at critical times to drop a bit of nonsense and then giggles to his pathetic little self. He’s a total wind up and needs not to have the space to do it.
I think it's obvious now where the real problem sits. The man at the top. If he is not prepared to accept his mistakes across the whole business, then bigger fool him.
That word keeps cropping up. It seems people are proposing future possible scenarios then using it to criticise the club. If we don't buy players, if we don't get a striker, if we don't allow the next manager a degree of autonomy, if all our best players are sold, etc etc etc ... ... I'm all for criticism but it seems there are pre-emptive attacks going in constantly.
