Possibly depends on whos on the bench aswell because you cant stay up with only 11 good players.

Where did you pull this lineup from, wishful thinking?

Interesting, I don't necessarily disagree but that team would likely cost over £100m to assemble.

Has no goals in it at the top level, no game changing pace and outside of Branthwaite I see nobody who could even get close to the likes of Isak and Haaland defensively. Really unsure on if Patto is a PL GK as well.

    Perhaps even unathletic? <whistle>

If you swapped Surridge for the Irish lad at Brighton, would that make much difference?

Not really. Probably get more goals in the side but then you have to start the conversation about style of play. Are you asking Hall and Shackleton to get forward which is their strength but with that midfield and lack of natural ability to cover ground who fills in the wide areas when the ball turns over? Or do you ask them to be defensive which they aren't suited to?

The actual ability of the players in a squad is largely irrelevant, it's about how they fit within what they are being told to do. It's why I hate the England starting 11s that get thrown out by fans saying it'll win everything that always includes 8 attackers

With the right coach potentially yes. I would replace Surridge as the 9 personally. But that midfield 3 is mid table level easily.

I could see them stopping up but it wouldn't be pretty. More miserable young lads than Kevin Spacey's to do list
