If I remember rightly, Rosenior said in one of his first interviews that he wants his team to attack in ways not seen at this level. In theory you could easily sell the best bits as entertaining football when he’s explaining his style of play
Woah cowboy…hold your horses…. For balance, there was at least 3 matches at home last season where for about five minutes the football was some of the most exciting we’ve seen at the KC. You lot are just uncultured
He appointed him first and foremost to get us out of the mire Shota left us in. Acun might not mind losing 5-4 but he doesn't want League 1 football
So your saying 17 teams below us played League 1 football i do not think we played League 1 football at all this year or we would not have finished where we did.
I’d have a decent wager that if the new Manager loses the first half dozen games 5-4 all the sycophants will be screaming for his head & a clean sheet rather than screaming “rah rah rah we want goals … rah rah rah we don’t need points”
As I remember and others will correct me, I’m not sure applicants were beating down the door. Acun probably thought Rosie’s affinity to the club helped with the “one family one dream”
I'm sure every manager or club that ever was aspires to be attacking, entertaining and winning. Only a select few ever achieve all 3 together though.
??? How TF do you get that? Rosie was appointed when we were 19th / 20th and going down. He kept us up that season. The question was why he got the gig in the first place, not what he did in the season just gone. Nowhere did I say we played league 1 football last year - clearly we didn't -and nor did a lot of the teams below us.
