Win % with Bamford 73.3% Win %without Bamford 51.3% Surprised me but says a lot,maybe we miss him more than we think.
Probably have to bear in mind as well that he’s injured so often we will play far more games without him.
It would help if he was replaced with a like for like player... Piroe does not play the same position of style
Don’t actually think there’s many decent 9s about which is why we end up buying attackers and he ends up getting back in the team. I do think having Piroe also caused an unturn in his form too
Our total win % for the entire season of 46 games was 58.7 % (being 27 wins out of 46) That 58.7 % is broken down as follows : 23.91 % wins when Bamford starts (15 games) 21.74% wins when Bamford comes on as sub ( Can't give too much credit to his sub appearances, see below ) 13.04% wins when Bamford didn't make an appearance (13 games) Of the 15 games that Bamford was able to start we won 11, thus 73.33% Of the 31 games where Bamford was unable to start we won 16, thus 51.61% ( Can't give too much credit to his sub appearances, see below ) Of the 15 games he started, he played a total of 1200 minutes which is equivalent to approx. 13 games Of the 18 games where he appeared as a sub, he played a total of 255 minutes, the equivalent to just under 3 games. The most time he played when appearing as a sub was 25 minutes, both in the home game to QPR, and the home game to Leicester. The least time for an appearance as a sub was 1 minutes, in both the home win against Plymouth and the away loss at Preston. On average he played 14 minutes per substitute appearance.
