Not at all Ponks - in fairness, if the counter party has neither the wit or imagination to come up with the forfeit personally, they probably shouldn't be a party to the wager in the first place ... ... never seen a board bet that provides for "this bet is between you and potentially every other poster on Not606" ... you really aren't very good at this Ponks ... but have you got any jam specials going?

The point you’re missing though is that these are simply suggestions. The ‘winner to choose’ is the only salient point you need to concern yourself with here. And the winner can choose whichever forfeit they like.
