Yep, he's not been the worst player this season but it's the fact that he's the club's record signing playing in the Championship that he is being judged by, fans were expecting him to make a much bigger impact than he has thus far.

 

The only locks he's been picking recently are on his head...

24 appearances 0 goals this season…..so obviously can’t pick any locks.

 

He’s been given enough of a chance. If we can recoup 15m this summer that would be a fantastic deal.

 

His stats are rather Mo El-esque.

 

I go along with this thinking and can’t get involved with other possible issues with him as like most I obviously don’t know him nor see him in training etc. It’s not his fault we paid what we did for him but still think that if someone can get him to play to his strengths we’ll be more than happy. Tbh I’m glad he didn’t come on yesterday because then he’d have been probably blamed for the faults of everyone else. I’m not sure what is going on within and around our squad at present that could answer all our concerns, but the manager is not coming out of any analysis well, that’s for sure but for the next three games he’s running the show and we’ll need to dust ourselves down and go again for all three matches. Saints teams have always had dodgy wheel nuts and certainly this team needs to find the air wrench to put ours back on, quickly!!

Dont like this comparison at all. Mane clearly had something about him from the start. Plus he worked ****ING hard every game. Even when it wasn’t going well for him, he got his head down and ran.

The exact opposite of Sulemana and Mara. Two utter bell ends who think they are 100x better than they are. Honestly can’t wait to see the back of them. I bet they are toxic behind the scenes. They’re just not team players at all, you can see it in everything they do.

 

No way do I see us getting as much as £15m for Sulemana. But I do at least think we could get something semi-decent.

But Mara, we'd struggle to give him away. I fear that we're stuck with him next season (and worrying, probably with him playing far more often if we're still in the Championship).

I was being very optimistic. I can see us hobbling along with Mara, Armstrong and Rod Stewart next year in the championship. Depressing.

 

Genuinely would loan Mara to a a league one or two side, whoever will have him.

Let him see how hard the graft is to make it up from the lower leagues. Would either make or break him. Should have been done this season.

 

Would rather we promote Ballard than give another season to Mara. How demoralising for Dom to be sent out on loan only to see Mara keep struggling on.

I don’t know anything about Ballard. I am disappointed we saw nothing of SAA, Dibling and Meghoma.
