The reason they have been excluded from the Play Offs is that they cannot provide assurances on their tenancy of the ground for the next 10 years. They cannot do that because Gateshead Council (who own the stadium) will not give them those assurances. Apparently Gateshead FC have known about this for 2 years so the faux uproar and statements being released are them just playing to the crowd
Don't forget the wallabies too. Lots of them about. They're not good scrappers like the kangaroos but if they were sent in as meat shields in the old soviet fashion they might wear the Welsh down.
I don’t get this “relied on VAR”. He was offside. Also the penalty was identical to one not given a day before against City. They completely controlled the game until Coventry scored. But I am delighted with the outcome. **** Coventry. Detest them!!
