I don't disagree in principle... and agree we're predictable. Just sides that play our way aren't typically filled with big lumps for set pieces, who wouldn't contribute elsewhere to the system. No one cares when we're scoring from other routes.
I’m not looking for a team of big lumps but surely two or three on the bench would offer us a whole different set of possibilities. What’s Enoch at these days
Well got the predictor out again and it throws up a very interesting result up. In order of games. Ipswich D-W-W 96 pts Leicester D-D-W-W 96 pts Meaning Leeds to win all 3 remaining games to finish on 96pts. Predictor says D-W-W 94pts. Soton W-W-D-W-L 91 pts. Which isn't far off the last predictor of 98 96 96 91
When we get a corner I'm more worried that the defending side will hit us on the break than I am expecting us to score. Goals to corner ratio is mindbogglingly poor.
We lost on Saturday but we were a little better. Ampadu had a free header. Gruev missed a sitter. Bamford had a free header inside the 6 yard box. There were a few scrambles in the Blackburn 6 yard box that fell to them instead of us. Their keeper made a couple of decent saves. On another day we score 2 or 3 and everyone is happy again. We've been due a couple of bad results after lucking out a few games on our run. It all evens out eventually. Hopefully we get a bit more luck next game.
