Could see them winning the title because us and Leicester don’t have the bottle whereas Ipswich went through promotion and pressure last season so already have what it takes. Boro aren’t pushovers though.
Gutting though it is, it’s only football not life and death. After the summer turmoil and our relatively poor start, most would have probably nibbled someone’s nads for guaranteed play offs. Well, we’ve done it If we win promotion, I’ll accept it gracefully. If not, I’ll enjoy the rebuild (if Rodon goes we need Ash Phillips on loan from Spurs) and start again with the same hope and passion. That's why I normally avoid the match thread. Too many knee jerk reactions. Personally I think we've had a great season. Yes auto promotion would be nice, but we are in the playoffs guaranteed.
Thank fk I missed that pile of ****. It's simple, the players are bottling it. It doesn't matter to them because, if we don't go up they get a move somewhere.
