PL referees have lost the ability to make the big calls, they have VAR assisting them in the PL, drop to the championship and they’re bottling the big decisions. Refereeing has been shocking most of the season, it usually evens out but it’s not doing so as much as you’d like to believe as the Sky games keep getting PL referees. The only way to even out decisions is for the same quality throughout

Like others on here, I dont give a toss for superstition, but psychological, nerves, confidence, fatigue are a toxic mix in a close end of season run-in.
