Our energy levels and organisation won us that game. Outstanding, they were never in it. I genuinely feel sorry for the Blackburn fans who made the journey on a Wednesday night.
It will be because Blackburn were **** and not bothered. Nothing to do with pressuring them into mistakes and taking the game to them.

Liam does set the team that he has to be the best they can be.. We are especially good at picking up loose balls in midfield. Our short triangle touch passes have improved no end. The players are adjusting to LMs methods and it’s paying off. Those that said he didn’t deserve the time and became impatient, should now have encouragement going forward..
Well people that was an impressive win -Blackburn had not lost in the last six games. They were absolutely awful -Sammy top goalscorer in the championship he was a passenger tonight. Mehmeti is growing on me. We could have done so much better this season if that front line had been sorted out. Well done Liam turning it around.I thought you were on a hiding to nothing. Hopefully beat Huddersfield Saturday and put three more points on the board.
Great result, we were clinical, but my god they were awful, they were the worst side I’ve seen for ages. Well done lads.
They can’t be THAT bad - they beat Sunderland 5-0 and have the top scorer in the division. Liam’s tactics MADE them look poor.

To be fair they actually were that bad though, I’d be asking for a refund if I was a Blackburn fan, however when was the last time we actually managed to punish a poor team, I can’t remember ever doing that over the years tbh. Let’s see where we are after about 15 games next season. More of the same and a bit of consistency would be delightful.
They were THAT bad, credit to us for being clinical, but they were VERY poor. Good to see both TC and Nakhi score a brace. Plus 2 penalties which is unheard of.
In previous games over the past two seasons, we would have sat back going one or two up....I'm glad to say that's not LM's style.. Yes they were poor but probably down to the way we played too.. I must admit, IMO the championship doesn't make any sense!!!
